Joe is an amateur boxer who has been a boxing instructor/coach for 3 years. Joe’s classes will get your heart rate up and burn calories ! He incorporates things such as classic bodyweight exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, crunches and burpees into his non contact boxing classes. You can never go wrong incorporating these into your training regimen, considering these are tried-and-true ways of using your body weight to improve your overall strength.
