Boot Camp:
 Unlike some other boot camp programs, Everlasting Fitness Boot Camp is designed and directed by a Physical Therapist Assistant. Experience the benefits of training with cardiovascular and muscle building activities with periods of low to high-intensity activities, such as core conditioning, circuit training, fitness boxing, speed and agility drills, kettlebells, TRX, obstacle courses, jump rope, heavy ropes, sandbags, and sports yoga.

Gain strength and endurance, tone your core and relieve stress without taking a punch. During these boxing classes, you will learn proper boxing techniques by utilizing mitts, heavy bags, jump ropes and footwork drills for an intense, fun and highly effective class. This class combines boxing with strength training for your legs and abs, making it a total body workout! All fitness levels are welcome.
