Born and raised in Revere MA, I’ve learned to thrive by becoming resilient. As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for the 8 years, a NESTA Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach and a Personal Trainer for 12 years, I have dedicated my life to helping women reveal their strength.
